No one in the shop knew how to do butterfly braids and I brought my own hair which they didn't use. I GOT FOUR BRAIDS THAT IWere OF DIFFERENT SIZES. AND THEY CHANGED $100. First and last time going there. I been to 5 countries on the continent of africa and got better service.

I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I visited recently with my child, and when my kid needed to use the restroom, we were told it wasn’t allowed. Denying a basic necessity like a restroom, especially to a child, is unacceptable and inhumane. It shows a complete lack of compassion and customer care. I won’t be returning, and I would advise other parents to consider this before visiting.

If you’re not planning on getting there at 6am don’t even go. I called before I went and was told they were taking walk ins , when I get there the owner rolls eyes and looks at me and says” what can I help you with” after I tell her what I was there for she says “not right now” so I wasted my time, how are you a “walk in only salon” but can service your walk ins , maybe you should do appointments only. Never got my hair done btw

I saw a post for a YouTuber and decided to check it out. As a first-time walk-in customer, my experience at this braiding salon was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I showed the owner pictures of knotless braids and was quoted $160. She stated she had the hair available and asked for my color preference, but failed to mention the hair cost was separate until checkout, which felt intentionally deceptive. I do not recommend this shop due to their haughty demeanor since relocating next door. Despite being instructed to return in two hours, I waited an additional hour upon my return and ultimately left without receiving service. This experience was an unfortunate waste of time, and I will not be returning to this shop or recommending it to my family and friends.
