The site message button is not working, sent an inquiry via the form weeks ago, no replies. Did sent a follow up email, still nothing. Tried calling in and no one picks up.. What's the point of inquiring if none of these methods work, do I need to travel down to the clinic for a face to face inquiry then? Giving this a 1 star review as the above mentioned contacts, is already failing since that is the first step of communication
