Horrible experience. This review is not about the botched treatment but is purely focused on the Dr Bearden’s complete disregard for patient’s time. I waited almost an hour in the observation room for one appointment. After 45 minutes of sitting in the observation room at the next appointment, I poked my head out of and asked the staff what the holdup was. I had a skincare consultation with Zach, and I couldn’t be more impressed. As someone with very little knowledge about daily skincare, I really appreciated how kind, patient, and thorough he was. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and tailored the consultation to my skin’s specific needs. Highly recommend Zach!
I went to VEI for the HALO treatment with PDGF. Zachary Pipkin did my treatment for me and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience! You can tell Zach really has a passion for what he does and he was so knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. The areas that I had treated were my face and neck. Dr. Langelier and her team were amazing. Not only are they skilled at what they do, they are great communicators. I was shocked when Dr. Langelier called after the surgery to see how things were going. We rarely see that follow up in today's fast paced world.
As someone who was very new to all things plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures, I was definitely apprehensive to schedule an appointment, let alone, undergo a procedure. I had a HALO/BBL laser and can honestly say that I made the right choice and that all my research on what practice to go to paid off.
