UPDATE: Sold our first home we bought in 2019 and bought our second home this year (2024) which were our second and third transactions with The Advisory. Never hire Cole Kirchoff as your buyer's agent. He does not fight for your rights as buyer and only cares about that commission. He does not lroperly tell you that he charges a $600 buyer agent fee until you sign the contract and on top of not wearing professional attire. The home I purchased needed repairs. He failed to fight for the full amount of repairs needed and asked me to take a compromise because the seller refused pay with full amount "due to market condition," home was left without all appliances from seller and w... read more
