Excellent care. Can’t recommend them enough. Every single person I dealt with was concerned and caring.
My husband had a strange reaction during lung cancer surgery which developed into a massive wound field, covering his torso. The minute our PCP referred us to Dr. Evans, we realized that this place could really help him (my husband). I’ve never met such wonderful medical pros; Carol Anne is an angel in disguise as far as I’m concerned. It was she who showed me how to clean and apply bandages, and so much more. I am a patient of Dr Young’s and I can say- this man knows his stuff! I was seen at another facility and was brushed off, turns out I had an infected pressure sore on my heel as a result of bedrest after a surgery. His nurse Karol-Ann is an absolute gem. My wound started 12/2, they had me seen and walking at almost full capacity in 10 days! High praise for this man and his nurses.
This was the worst experience. Dr. Evan’s did not touch me once he stood in the corner. This was the second wound care center I went to for a wound that would not heal. They told me it was a yeast infection and there was nothing they could do. I am now going to a different wound care center. They did a culture, it turns out I have a staff infection. I am getting wonderful care from a team of professional physicians. I would never do back yo the wound center at west hills.
