I had a great experience with the staff and supervisor at the 15477 Ventura Blvd skin center. The PA Michelle Hazelbeck was incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant. The supervisor Alechandra, she was very kind and attentive beyond and above. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓 so much for your wonderful service.
I was on time for the appointment and the front desk processed my paperwork and payment quickly. The office is large and clean. However, I was left waiting in a cold room and wearing a paper gown for more than 25 minutes. I got dressed and left as I had a schedule to adhere to. I was never seen by the doctor.
I was seen right away and the Doctor was professional and explained everything that was being examined.
I had a really great appointment today. The PA that took care of my issues was very patient and listened and addressed all my concerns. I definitely recommend if looking for a dermatologist.
This is a great place I recommend 10 out of 10 made my skin clear love it!!!
