“Creekside South” and “The Adriane” are owned by the same company “RPM” and “The Adriane” is far worse compared to “Creekside South” and it’s a shame that you can’t compare them. They’re only 5 miles apart….
So first things first I want to say that the maintenance crew is the best I've ever had at an apartment complex! They are very prompt, seem to actually care a great deal about their jobs, and are always so so kind! But sadly, that's where the good ends. We have been here TWO months now, after fighting to get in on our move in date (it was delayed time and time again, due to what I assume is fixing up the apartment due to heavy smoke damage from smokers who lived her previously) and we STILL have not gotten our *mail keys* no... read more
I lived at these apartments for 9 years. In my time there I had very few issues. The apartments are a bit older, but very well built and also very quiet. I almost never heard my neighbors in all the years I lived there and I always felt very safe. The office staff was great. Angie and Ptolomy were extremely helpful with any issues I had this past year and Angie was also very kind when I needed to move out last month. I am thankful that I was able to call this place home during the time I was there.
Literally rating this place a ZERO at this point , have lived here for over two years and when first living here was a different management and was amazing also lived on second floor so I never had the issues that I have had now moving to the first floor with a new management. This has been accumulated over months, And every single time I politely go to the Try to figure out the issue and what I can do to fix it.. And every single time I get passed over! Edit/update 9/26/25: RECORD & DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. This has been the most incompetent management I have ever dealt with living in apartments the past 16 years. It has now been a month since our lease ended and they still can't get our account right despite numerous emails and conversations. For ex why are we being charged Sept rent on our move out fees when we moved out before our lease was ended in August among other bogus charges.
