I would leave zero stars if I could. Owner of home decided to sell. Adrian Young came out to talk to elderly tenants who have rented the home for 19 years. Said he would not leave them out in the cold. Said he would find a place for them to live. Told them not to worry, he would keep in contact. COMPLETE LIES. His own company is buying the house and no one told the tenants until a week before the closing when an inspector showed up. Adrian Young Untrustworthy, Told elderly tenants who have rented their home for 19 years, that he would help them relocate and not to worry he wouldnt leave them out in the cold and would keep in contact. COMPLETE LIES. His own company is buying the house and no one told the tenants until a week before the closing when an inspector showed up. Now they are telling them they need to be out soon as possible unless they can pay more than 3 times their current rent. Do not Trust!!!
Thank you Adrian and to the whole staff there. This was an estate sale and it was hard for me. They were so kind and helpful and made this experience easy. It was my first “rodeo” and a painful one but I can’t thank them enough for their patience and perseverance. I couldn’t have done it without them. You guys rock!
