I took my son to get tested January 8 , I have been waiting on my son’s results .since it is February 5. I’ve been trying to sign into the portal to see if the results are there and I get an email saying that they deactivated my sons portal account!!!??? WHY !! ?? And without my permission , I have never had an issue with them until now!!! And it’s giving suspiciousness. Their evaluation rigor is shockingly bad. While their evaluators are extremely pleasant to talk to, my final report had multiple details of my history listed completely incorrectly. It's almost like they don't really care about accuracy as long as they get the broad strokes right. not what you would expect from mental health professionals
