August 2026: Simply put, this place is now trash. I’ve been here for about 3 years now and have witnessed at least 3 management companies fail at saving this place. Priscilla is terrible. There’s a roach problem in some units. You can easily hear your neighbors upstairs to the point where you lose sleep even if they’re tiptoeing or opening up their kitchen cabinets. Place started out great, but quality has RAPIDLY declined. The pool, yoga studio, gym, and clubhouse has been closed for a YEAR with no reopening in sight. This is not an inexpensive place to live either. Rent is more expensive now than before when the amenities were open!!! No communication and constantly switching management companies. The hallways are gross. Packages are constantly stolen. Gates always out of order.
This place is horrible. I cannot wait to move out. All the amenities have been closed the entire time I have lived here yet they still make us pay the full rent amount and charge us extra fees any chance they get. The parking is terrible. You have to walk very far to get to your apartment and there is no elevator. I moved here in November 2025 and at that time they told me the amenities would be open in December. 2024: Hannah Goodwin is a gift from heaven. We were having problems on our end while applying and she did everything in her power to get us through this & approved to live at the Adeline. She was so receptive, answered quickly, and made sure the problem was solved. I am very grateful to have had her handling my application.
