We have been residents of the Adeline for several years. The new assistant community director Kenny has been a breath of fresh air. His dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to address issues in a timely manner all while remaining friendly and professional is truly a gift to any resident living here. The Adeline’s location is amazing. You can walk to restaurants, parks, and are close to events held at downtown Maitland. Safe community and the current management team actually makes an effort to improve the community and makes living here enjoyable.
I’m extremely disappointed with the amenities at this complex. The gym has been closed for months with no clear timeline or urgency to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Because of this, I’ve been forced to pay for a separate gym membership elsewhere — even though I already pay rent that includes access to an on-site gym. What makes this even worse is that the pool is also closed, despite there being nothing wrong with the pool itself. Management says it can’t be opened because the gym bathrooms are closed, which makes no sense... read more
I am very impressed with our experience here so far! We mainly had Kenny help us as well as Nicole who are both amazing! Kenny worked very closely with us during the application and move-in process and made the process very positive! He answered all of our questions and was very helpful! We are so happy with our unit! We have a wonderful lake view, and we love how the unit is very spacious with a floorplan that actually makes sense as far as furniture placement! The place is definitely nice and quiet.
