Garry is the absolute best! He is honest, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I used him to buy and sell my home. He worked with me on both ends to get exactly what I wanted and the best possible deal.
Garry helped me buy my first house, and is currently helping a close friend of mine sell hers. What I really like about Garry is his follow up and follow through. He made the entire process so much easier than I expected. Everything happened just as he said out would. We closed the purchase on-time and on budget.
I have worked with a lot of agents, and I must say, Garry was absolutely tremendous! He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, consistent and available. Amazing experience with Garry as our realtor! He was very patient with us throughout the whole buying process. He was extremely knowledgable of the market and guided us when needed. Even after our sale was complete Garry went above and beyond by meeting a handy man at our house when we couldn't be there due to our new jobs.
