Very helpful staff but very getting my neighbor's apartment smells like smells like a dirty pet shop. Noisey neighborhood it's not the owners its the residents.
Called the leasing office and they hung up on me and went called them back they told me they would call me back and haven't and I've also been waiting for over 3 weeks for maintenance to come and finish working on my bathroom and they've just been dragging it along. Now I know how drywall works and it doesn't take over 3 weeks for you to patch up a one by one hole in the bathroom I think this is very unacceptable especially for when I am living here
They tried to withhold money for brand new carpet from my daughter’s apartment. Only when we Stated we had pictures Showing the carpet was perfectly fine And said we were going to contact an attorney Did they come back and say they made a mistake. They then said they would return our money which should’ve been $263 and instead they only returned $163 with no explanation apology, and now nobody will contact us back. Wish we had amenities & nicer looking apartments for all the rent they want, no pool, no workout room, no dishwasher, no clubhouse, our dog park don’t even have actual activities for them to play with only the Williamsburg have all these things. They say it’s because we at the Addison get renovated apartments but only certain townhomes are renovated which you have to pay more to get that one. They threaten to evict residents over bikes being left in their yard smh
I have lived here almost 20 years and can say I am truly happy here. Anytime I submit a work order maintenance is fast and sufficient at getting the issue resolved. All of the office staff are nice and easy to communicate with. I do have to give props to Sharolyn, the assistant office manager. She definitely goes above & beyond for the residents, it's obvious she loves her job!
