Only move here if you have no other choice. Its over priced and no where as updated as they show or say. If you do have to call talk to Angie or Mercy, the rest of the office is unprofessional and willn't be as helpful. Summers are hot, complex willn't do anything and they don't care if you have kids (my child was 3). Lived on a 2nd floor and summers were the worst, If it's 90 out its 88 in your apartment. update: neighbors still being loud after several notices to leasing office. music being blared for hours on end (usually starting around 8pm up until 2am). nothing effective being done about. don’t get me wrong, the leasing office staff are very kind regarding this, but it doesn’t seem like anything effective is being utilized. amenities are nonexistent, neighbors are obnoxious, loud, and rude while the leasing office doesn't care. neighbors throwing trash all over the yards, blaring music at inappropriate times (past 10pm),... read more
I am very disappointed in the apartment. The owners have done a poor job this winter season on shoveling the parking lot.
