The Addison at Gateway is a beautiful and peaceful community! The pool is amazing super clean and perfect for relaxing. It’s a quiet place to live and unwind, I really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend!
Do not under any circumstances rent from this property. They told me I didn’t owe them anything the day I moved out and returned the keys to the front desk. I specifically asked if I owed anything and they said no. My partner also spoke to the front desk and confirmed there was no outstanding move out charges. Then, 6 months later my credit score dropped 100 points because they sent $500 to collections. They never once called or emailed me about any outstanding balance after I moved out. My moving experience with The Addison was great! Jimmy, the leasing agent who helped me, did a fantastic job touring and explaining the ins and outs of the property.
We loved this place from first sight!!! It was beautiful and clean! Also people who work here are very friendly and helpful! Mr. Dwayne - manager and Jimmy leasing was always polite answering at all our questions!Mr Edwin was helping us with all small maintenance if we need and did his job perfectly fast and Kat was all the way till our rent was done!Thank you a lot guys! I've lived here for 2.5 years and this was my dream apartment. I renewed my lease for a third time but im starting to regret it. The management team has changed a lot, upkeep of the property is going down, police show up often dealing with neighbors issues, the hallways full of trash and pet urine, the car wash and vacuum hasn't worked in a long time, elevator breaks down , etc etc . I love the location but this luxury apartment complex is becoming over rated.
