I lived at Addison for a year. I cannot stress and emphasize enough: do NOT move here. If you are considering it, this is your sign to rule it out. I’ve lived in several apartments and have never left a review and am not one to complain a lot, but I started counting down the days until my lease ended over 100 days out. I’ll explain! The Addison at Gateway is a beautiful and peaceful community! The pool is amazing super clean and perfect for relaxing. It’s a quiet place to live and unwind, I really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend!
Do not under any circumstances rent from this property. They told me I didn’t owe them anything the day I moved out and returned the keys to the front desk. I specifically asked if I owed anything and they said no. My partner also spoke to the front desk and confirmed there was no outstanding move out charges. Then, 6 months later my credit score dropped 100 points because they sent $500 to collections. They never once called or emailed me about any outstanding balance after I moved out.
