Similar complaint regarding my deposit. I moved out in July and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Call many, many times, and either no one answers the phone or I am getting the run around about my deposit. Left numerous messages with no returned phone calls. I am sure there are other tenants in the same situation as this company truly needs to be investigated for unlawful practices i.e. deposits are to be returned within 60 days.
