I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know my experience. For the past 3 months, there has been an ongoing marijuana smell coming into my apartment. I reported it multiple times. Management said they investigated and identified the person responsible, but nothing changed. I’ve lived here for 2 years. It was okay. It’s a nice neighborhood. A little over priced for a one bedroom but that’s just Charlotte. It got better after the first crew left and new management came in. I believe I was in an old build, so there were cabinets/drawers falling apart and I never got a handle for my shower. Some People don’t pick up after their dogs though. There are piles of poop and there is a tree that has bags full of trash hanging from the branches in the back.
