Avery has made sure we were good since they took over here , breezeways get blown often , pool is actually functional, and grounds looks good, he and his team make sure things are taken care of
Avery is doing a wonderful job at the property. He’s very professional and knowledgeable in what he does and ensures to get things done in a timely manner.
The property management team is amazing they are always willing to listen and aid assistance when needed. The maintenance staff does a great job maintaining the property. I had a few things that needed fixing within the apartment and Avery from maintenance came to assess the issues and fixed them in a timely and efficient manner.
Avery was the best with helping me during my move in! He made everything as seem less as possible and even helped set up my internet service!
In August of this year, my boyfriend applied for this apartment. He had to pay the administration fee and the application fee. The application wasn't accepted, so they should have refunded the administration fee. It's been two months, and they haven't returned the money. Calls to the office are always unsuccessful because no one answers.
