I had a great experience with Elaine, the property manager, she was extremely helpful and made sure everything was handled properly. Rachel and Jackie were both very professional, responsive, and prompt whenever I needed assistance. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. I really appreciate all three of them and would highly recommend this team!
I toured here this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are beautiful, and up-to-date. Tania was very helpful and informative. I really appreciate her knowledge about the deals and specials they had going for the next month. She helped make my experience smooth and I appreciate her kindness.
Avery did a good job. Was friendly and fixed the issue.
My maintenance issue was canceled twice no one has ever shown up. The issue is still going on. I’ve received in message to ask how was the service but there was no service provided. I’m only giving it one star because I have to to post this message
