Do not move here if you value your sanity. I moved in September of 2023 and out in August of 2024 before my lease was up because of the following; roaches, silverfish, MOLD, lack of parking, lack of urgency, lack of communication, etc. Leasing agents & management do the bare minimum treating any of these things and that’s IF you can get ahold of them. Ms. Christine was so nice and helpful! She showed me the residents and helped me with the next steps! highly recommend.
While the office staff is nice, you can never get through via phone. I’ve had an issue I’ve been dealing with since we have moved in (4 months now) and the Manager, Eric, requested information which I have continued to provide, and never calls me back or emails me back and nothing has been resolved. At this point I feel like my calls are just avoided. The pool is always dirty and the fountains have never worked, they just collect moldy stagnant water.
I recently toured the Addison in Brandon. I love the apartments! Christine is an absolute Gem, In all my years of renting I have never had an leasing agent go out of their way to make sure that every question is answered. She is exceptional. Christine is what sold me on the Addison.
When I had questions about my applications and other steps into moving in I didn’t get the help that I needed. My leasing agent was Lisa, and she never seemed like she wanted to help. I had assistance from another leasing agent and she was helpful and nice. On my move in date, Lisa didn’t bother in welcoming me to the new apartment- she was at the other apartment complex sitting around.
