Went on a tour in the Hancock village and the Adams is a beautiful apartment building. The appliances are new, the dimmable ceiling lights are amazing, the units are spacious, and the kitchen island is huge. Great thanks to Zayes from the leasing office who was immensely helpful and considerate throughout the tour. He introduced each unit in great details, walked me through the options, and provided exhaustive recap in follow-up emails. I would just like to thank Giovanni for showing us our beautiful apartment! He knew our urgency of getting in asap and worked hard with us to make that happen. Kevin, thank goodness for Kevin! We had a rough time on move in day because of extraneous circumstances and he also worked to accommodate us and to make the transition as smooth as possible. My wife and I have been living here for over a year now and renewed for a second term through 2025. Sure, there have been building issues and yes when more people started moving in the parking did get more crowded, however, the apartment is beautiful and homey and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Renting around the Boston area is terrible, and this is as nice as it gets outside of a loft in seaport where we would be paying twice as much. During our year long lease, we experienced a loss of electricity (2 days), loss of water (2days), flooding on our floor, law enforcement dealing with an altercation in the main lobby, loss of A/C….The list goes on. We got little to no compensation for these ongoing issues. The elevator does not get cleaned and nobody wipes down equipment in the gym. All around the most difficult management group we have dealt with during our rental experience in greater Boston.
