I just left from touring these apartments and I couldn't have been more pleased with both the grounds and the staff. Resident Services Manager, Natalie, and the property manager were welcoming, patient and well informed. Their professionalism was sincerely refreshing as I can't tell you how many apartment offices that I have visited in which the staff is miserably rude. I can’t say enough about how quick things get done and fixed !! Carter is amazing and gets it done and never takes long to respond 10/10 !!!
The maintenance workers are friendly. Hubert skillfully fixed my air conditioner. Carter has fixed several things in my apartment including a light fixture.
BEWARE of FRAUD I want to start by saying that the leasing office and maintenance staff were professional and decent people... this review is not about them. This is about what I believe are FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTING practices that every prospective resident should know about. I moved out on February 8th, confirmed in writing with staff months in advance.
