This community is very nice in general however I have several issues. First the trash valet is a joke. The people who do it never come and if there is any kind of weather they will cancel it and then threaten you if you have it outside and it builds up. They tell you to keep it inside until they can start up again. Why would I keep trash bags in my apartment where I could get roaches? They need to refund everyone their valet trash fee. Management and staff are very friendly & professional. They create lots of activities for community engagement. The property is well maintained inside and out. I love that it’s very quiet and family-oriented.
Went in for a tour and the staff were welcoming and informative. Best tour so far!
I have no complaints - such a nice community!
