Enjoyed my stay . Upon move in I was advised that the carpets are changed upon new move in . Turns out it’s every 5 years they replace it as advised upon move out. My dog chewed up the living room carpet, I don’t mind paying . But come to find out the monthly pet fee and $300 deposit does not apply towards pet damages or anything , it’s just a fun fee for the dog . If your furnitures legs leaves a dent on the carpet they will charge u for a whole new carpet, so expect ur last month to be a full months rent . Maybe I miss und... read more
Natalie is simply amazing! She was so responsive and pleasant every step of the application process! Our unit was very clean and the community is well kept up to standard. I do appreciate the professionalism and communication Adair has shown me and my family. I highly recommend 10/10!!
We lived at the Adair from summer 2020 through this winter. We loved it! The apartments are large with lots of storage, with large patios. We enjoyed quick access to the park and river, several grocery stores, and the interstates. The community was great, and we made several friends there throughout our time there. We lived in a top floor apartment until 2022, and then moved to a renovated unit (as they were renovating our original unit and we could not renew our lease) on the bottom floor. Both were great. Firstly, I've had the pleasure of interacting with most of the staff at the leasing office, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! My lease renewal process was incredibly smooth and seamless, thanks to their prompt responses, guidance and support.
