I never write reviews, but need to make an exception for Kyle Valery of the Active Executive. I'm an old guy that had limited flexibility, minimal balance, back pain and daily cramps in my legs. Basically, I had the body of a person 15- 20 years older than my grandfather age. After evaluation Kyle assured me that he could help me. He provided me with a plan which I promptly refused. Kyle is a unique and amazing professional. I've referred many people to him, and when they ask me what he does, my reply is usually something like, "He's a fitness expert, a top trainer, a nutritional guru, a full-body consultant, a wellness resource...the person you need to see about all things sports, exercise and health related." I met Kyle when I was the most out of shape and at my heaviest. Kyle became my personal trainer and life coach. At the time, my eating habits were like most people - terrible, and years of poor habits. I was addicted to sugar and I learned through his nutrition teaching and meal planning advice, that I ate for comfort and to relieve stress. Just like most people. He is knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the causes of such types of injuries and ways to prevent them.
