My husband and I were extremely impressed with the inspection and Laura's patience with our questions. I knew next to nothing about how things in my house worked, but now I feel much more confident and aware. The report was beautiful, with lots of pictures that clarified issues, and everything was explained in plain language. I would definitely recommend her. Very thorough, personable, and professional
