I have done multiple transactions with Ryan over the last 6 years - and can not express my trust in him enough. Working with him is a partnership, starting at evaluating pricing given market conditions, to staging if you're selling, to real time changes in pricing, whether it's a buy or a sell. On both the sell transactions we did with Ryan he was able to either meeting or exceed what we asked when negotiating with the buyer. I will not do a real estate transaction in Sarasota without using Ryan as my partner.
