Tried selling me a home hiding the budget-killing window issues. Expensive homes have expensive windows and when these need replaced the cost can be over 10% of the home value. Luckily I know what to look for that ‘realtors’ like him hide. He recommended a home inspector he knew which is a laugh when they try that. I’m not sure why this shady profession even exists because I found my home afterwards from tour booking to mortgage signing just using Zilllow…
