Small but does the job. If you’re okay with a lot of minor inconveniences this is a good place to live for a year. We signed a lease through May 1st and they charged us $60 in rent/utilities for the single day so that was a little trash but just be aware and request the lease to end the month you’re out!

The actual property was pretty nice, and the location is great. The floors are unbelievably creaky, so try to get the top floor if you can (and tread lightly). I mostly loved living here. The property manager was a total nightmare. She put the wrong address and lease term on my lease, spelled my last name wrong on the corrected version of the lease, assigned me a parking spot number that didn't exist, and didn't tell me until I was signing the lease that she actually couldn't give me the full term I asked for (12 months). I have been living at The Acadia for a little over a year. While the floors do squeak, the walls are thin, and the furnace is loud it is not a bad place to live. Contrary to many people’s experiences, I have never had an issue with getting ahold of maintenance or the management team. Maintenance has visited my apartment 2-3 times throughout the year and they were always very quick and resolved the issue within 24 hours.
