Small but does the job. If you’re okay with a lot of minor inconveniences this is a good place to live for a year. We signed a lease through May 1st and they charged us $60 in rent/utilities for the single day so that was a little trash but just be aware and request the lease to end the month you’re out!

The actual property was pretty nice, and the location is great. The floors are unbelievably creaky, so try to get the top floor if you can (and tread lightly). I mostly loved living here. The property manager was a total nightmare. She put the wrong address and lease term on my lease, spelled my last name wrong on the corrected version of the lease, assigned me a parking spot number that didn't exist, and didn't tell me until I was signing the lease that she actually couldn't give me the full term I asked for (12 months). Maintenance has visited my apartment 2-3 times throughout the year and they were always very quick and resolved the issue within 24 hours. The location of the building is very prime, but brings extra riff raff around so you may want to avoid lea... read more

Their website lies about their prices. At the time I looked at their website, the cheapest unit costed 795$. After I called them, it turned out that the price would go up by 200$ in 2 months. When I came to look at the place it also turned out that they had additional monthly fees of 156$ (parking, property tax, renter's legal liability, internet & basic cable), so a 795$ price turned into 1150$. Nowhere on the website do they have 156$ listed. They have wasted my time by giving false information on the website. I wouldn't b... read more
