Apartment is nice and safe. However, the business practices are horrendous. $500 mandatory fee to sublet. And NO proration. Plus, 7 day early over out required on your dime. Awful.
Would give zero stars if it was a choice. For my deposit, they sent me a check that could not be cashed at the bank. After I told them the issue, it’s been a month and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Oh and did I mention my lease ended last July? Yeah it’s been almost 9 months. This is how inefficient they are.
Over the past year, my experience with this property’s management has deteriorated significantly, largely due to persistent communication issues and questionable billing practices. Check to make sure, before signing your lease, that the windows of your apartment can open or are permanently closed. 2. Ask for the history of infestation in your unit. 3. As mentioned in countless other reviews, the staff and maintenance appear friendly but are actually rude and condescending. 4. Make it a priority to view your apartment before signing a lease, no matter what, because CRUCIAL things may be omitted on that you have been promised and paid good money for.
