Advertised as luxury but its only because the price you pay (that they keep adding on). We pay a "communal" water bill on top of our own personal water bill which we agreed to but mid way through the new managment started charging for laundry on top of that..but we were told laundry was part of the water bill/a provided amenity which is confusing. I recently toured this property with Lauren. It was such a unique community and the amenities were amazing. Lauren was professional and knowledgeable. She shared about the buildings history and showed us a unit. I would definitely recommend The Academy.
The Academy has been the best and most friendly apartment community that I've ever lived at. Carissa is the most friendly and helpful propty manager that I've had the pleasure of meeting. The apartments are clean, the maintenance team are always professional and courteous, always arriving and completing the job in a timely manner. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend living here!
I grew up right across the street in a house built in the 1800s. I’ve always had a deep love for old, historic buildings.
