Carissa is without a doubt the most courteous and professional apartment manager I have ever had the pleasure doing business with. She is constantly on the ball and very responsive. I could happily live the in the desert if Carissa was managing it. Location is good on the apartment.
I lived here for a year and I have to say I have mixed feelings about this place. Management, Ill start with management the new manager Carissa is great she has really been giving it her all to make this place better and is such a friendly and welcoming person I'd have to say she is the biggest improvement to this place overall. If the previous manager Carry was still here I would have said stay clear, To me he was rude and once entered my apartment without my permission which made later conversations with him less then idea... read more

I have been living at The Academy Apartments for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The building itself is a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The apartments are well-designed with high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances, smart thermostats, and picturesque windows that let in plenty of natural light.
