DEAD! That's what we thought was the diagnosis of our 5 Ton Air Conditioning unit and we were getting ready to give it its last rights! That was until A C Doctors responded to our call and replaced the Assist Start Module and within 1 1/2 hours we were back in business with "cold" air flowing throughout the house. We have used the AC Doctors for all of our AC/HVAC needs. They are always punctual and very professional. I am very thankful to know that I can always trust them to help with any needs that we might have.
1. Duct run to our master bedroom removed and the vent over was put back like the work had been completed. 2. The filter drier was removed from our system and caused the compressor and the coil to fail. 3. The drip pan overflow drain line was installed incorrectly. 4. The returns to the inside unit don't even connect to the unit. In addition to poor work was the unprofessional service.
