If you’re looking for an apartment, please continue looking because these are not it at all. The amount of unreported crimes in this complex is baffling on top of the POOR and very slow management. These are apartments I would never recommend to anyone breathing. There’s a horrible bug problem for first floor residents (even with spraying down the entire place and bombing it). These are the worst set of apartments ever ! They do a horrible job with fixing these ! They barely have security! Many apartments are being broken into . The manager doesn’t care and doesn’t do anything about the crime in these apartments. All the maintenance men know how to do around here is pick up trash ! I stayed in the Abington for 2 years paid my rent on time and still got treated like dirt. This was my first apartment so I didnt know what to expect. It took them forever to repair my refrigerator and sink . My dryer wasn't getting hot because it was a bird's nest inside the vent. I recently moved out sept 1 I didn't renew my lease because they go up on your rent every year them damn apartment is not worth that much they are asking for.When I first moved in they painted over roach houses. The Abington Apartments are great set apartments. I love staying there. Some people are trying to say that these are some bad apartments that's not true. There is crime everyone. Since I have been living here I have felt safer then anywhere else that I live. The security there is the best and they make sure no one is hanging out and that everyone goes by the rules. Thank Abington Apartments for giving me a great place to live.
