Amy gave me a tour of the apartment and around the building with it's amenities. She was professional and answered all of my questions with honesty!
I lived at this apartment complex with my wife for 2.5 years and we really enjoyed the location, the quality of the unit, and the roof terrace, but unfortunately the quality worsened after the property management company switched over in early 2024. Prior to the change, both the maintenance staff and the community manager were highly responsive. This review is for Horacio. Since he has been with The Aberdeen, he has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable in our unit and in our building. He is prompt at responding to open tickets, efficient, accommodating and has shown our family incredible kindness whenever we engage with him. Horacio has helped build a community in our building and we are so thankful for him.
Horatio is a personable great guy and always willing to help out a tenant with most any request.
Horacio is such an asset to the Aberdeen community. Whether it be a simpler maintenance request or something more complex, he is there within 24 hrs (often even sooner) to help fix the problem. He always goes above and beyond and is incredibly amicable. Thanks to Horacio, I’m extremely pleased with my maintenance experience at the Aberdeen.
