Very happy I moved out when I did. This property was taken over by Jab Real Estate and it has deteriorated. Jab is impossible to get ahold of, all maintenance is outsourced via 3rd party so it takes forever for things to get repaired, and this is not a luxury building. The lobby and garage smells like sewage. Mail is stolen from the mailboxes. Packages are stolen from the lobby. As a woman living in this building, I was concerned for my safety whenever the garage door broke and was stuck open (occurred numerous times). Black... read more
This building is managed by JAB and is horrible. It is impossible to get ahold of any property managers. I am a past tenant and happy I left. All maintenance is outsourced so it takes weeks and sometimes a month to fix anything that is broken. The elevator has broke once per month. The garage door has broken numerous times, often leaving your car and personal property exposed to the public street. Jab said “we are not liable for any theft”. Please read this review. I am a previous tenant of this building and it has gone down hill FAST ever since Jab Real Estate Inc took over. It is impossible to get ahold of any property manager. Amy gave me a tour of the apartment and around the building with it's amenities. She was professional and answered all of my questions with honesty!
I lived at this apartment complex with my wife for 2.5 years and we really enjoyed the location, the quality of the unit, and the roof terrace, but unfortunately the quality worsened after the property management company switched over in early 2024. Prior to the change, both the maintenance staff and the community manager were highly responsive. After the change, we couldn't get ahold of anyone to provide a replacement remote for the garage door. The property manager also told us that they would honor the verbal agreement we... read more
