This hotel was wonderful. I did not like Cairns, so staying at this hotel made my visit so much more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise. They provide free laundry including the detergent. My favorite thing was the lounge area with plenty of tables and chairs, beautiful photography on the walls and a very high end espresso/cappuccino machine with complimentary coffee and cookies too. Such a nice touch.
The Abbott included a lot of nice conveniences: free laundry, daily water bottles, biscuits, tea etc, a USB A & C charging block with lots of ports on the nightstand. The location was perfect for all of our activities, and even though our spacious room was right off the lounge, we never heard any noise from the lounge or neighboring rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
The hotel was super well located, the rooms were nice and clean, the decoration was beautiful and the price was right.
Great Boutique Hotel in the centre of Cairns. Nice rooms , perfect position and great staff. We'll definitely come back next time we travel to Cairns.
Perfect Hotel for arrival into Cairns. Clean, stylish and very central. The only suggestion would be to have softer pillows - both were rather hard for us so disrupted our sleep!
