I wish I could give 0 stars. This has been the worst rental experience I've ever had. The townhomes have experienced MANY power outages, leaving residents without electricity, AC, heat, or a working fridge for extended periods due to appliances getting surged. We were left without heat for days with our 2-week old daughter here last winter. The managements communication during those times was virtually nonexistent. I do not live here and do not plan to live here after the horrible experience I had just trying to arrange the tour. On a Sunday night, I booked a tour on their website for Tuesday afternoon. On Monday morning somebody named Melissa texts me and asked if I wanted to schedule a tour. I was confused because I booked on the website. But I confirmed with her that my original time I selected on Tuesday would work. She said yes.
