Close to home and it’s comfort food. While more things could be homemade and this time around it came out cold. The service was the issue. Our server Lauren has terrible customer service skills. Had to ask someone else for boxes after 20 minutes and waited about 10 before she finally came over and asked about the checks, just to have an attitude. Might not be the best industry for her. 🤷♀️
I was visiting from out of state, and our group had a reservation for my niece’s birthday dinner. There were seven of us, though only six ordered food. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly, so we thought we were off to a good start...but that’s where things fell apart. It took 45 minutes for only half of the meals to arrive, and ANOTHER 45 minutes before the last dish came out (which wasn’t even an entrée, but an appetizer someone had ordered as their meal).
