My experience at the Abbey at Riverchase is as follows. We’ve had plumbers cause a nasty explosion in our apartment. We’ve gone almost 2 weeks with half of our apartment without electricity (which included air) We’ve had bed bugs Hoover police has stormed our breezeway at gunpoint We take our dog out and clean up around all kinds of dog poop Trash compactor is ALWAYS DOWN Only one pool open for the season We’ve gone without a pool and air during the hottest time of the year so far.
Just thought I’d drop them a quick review , haven’t officially moved in yet but have everything in motion was very pleased with how they actually respond to you unlike other complexes , the whole process was relatively quick and they even worked with me for a move in day that was helpful to me so I wanna give a big thank you to Mrs.Ladena !
I really enjoyed my 1 bedroom apartment here. I loved everything about this area. I felt right at home living here. The staff is amazing from Mrs MKenzie to Mrs LeDena. These 2 takes everything to heart and is very quickly at solving issues or concerns. While living here I had not one problem with my apartment. I just wanted to say thank you all for everything including the small things.
Great place to live, close to everything you could need or want.
