I don’t live here nor have I ever, but feel like any possible future tenants should know what people actually have to say. This is absolutely ridiculous. The water is turned back on (for now) but residents went OVER 20 days without it.

Going on 10 days with no running hot water. Expected to go to 15. No compensation. Expecting 32 2 bedroom units who share one water heater to share a vacant apartment to shower. This is the 9th time the water heater has failed in the 21 months I’ve been here. Leading to 33 days without.

Lived here for almost 4 years, today was my last day. And I 100% recommend this place. Office ladies are the best, they were always friendly with my toddler and I. If we ever had an issue which was hardly ever, they were quick to fix it. The maintenance guys are super friendly. The neighbors as well, sometimes my toddler would drop his paw patrol plush and the neighbors would prop him up on our car or in front of the door. Never had a single thing to complain about here.
