Lived here for almost 4 years, today was my last day. And I 100% recommend this place. Office ladies are the best, they were always friendly with my toddler and I. If we ever had an issue which was hardly ever, they were quick to fix it. The maintenance guys are super friendly. The neighbors as well, sometimes my toddler would drop his paw patrol plush and the neighbors would prop him up on our car or in front of the door. Never had a single thing to complain about here. Don’t let them fool you, this is probably one of the worst apartment complex’s in Conroe. I keep a very clean apartment yet I still have a problem with roaches coming out of the sinks. I’ve bombed it multiple times and even asked the office for pest control but they never sent them out. I also noticed mold growing in the vents and ceiling and Hilda (the office manager) told me it wasn’t mold. Yet it is obviously mold and I have noticed I have a cough since I moved in.
