My AC wasn't working, and I have kids. When I went to the office, it was almost closing time. I saw the maintenance supervisor outside and let him know I had just summited a work order regarding my ac. Jose knowing I had kids, said I leave in 30 minutes, but he was going to pass by, which he did and fixed it right away. Talk about going beyond my expectation. Thank you, Jose, for being a great supervisor and caring for your tenant.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have unfortunately lived here for three years. The employees who work in the office are completely useless. They are at the mercy of the awful Abbey Residential company, who refuses to approve even the most basic of necessary maintenance requests. They will tell you over and over again they are working on getting an issue resolved but then nothng ever happens.
