Terrible customer service from The Abbey at Dominion Crossing in San Antonio Texas! I just signed a lease one month ago and have had nothing but issues since moving into my apartment. The premises and amenities look beautiful but don’t let that fool you into signing a lease with this company. Staff continuously lie and make false promises. They claim to care but could care less about Tenants. The premises have dog poop everywhere and reek of animal urine/feces. Maintenance response to service requests (especially emergent) i... read more

been a red flag), but I moved in. As I get in my apartment I see paint across the living room floor as if someone walked thru paint, the bathroom tile/tub is dirty and black in some spots, the front door lock was actually broken, there was candy in the bathroom closet that had just been spray painted over and lube. Everything was dirty. And as a bonus, I have MAGGOTS in my ice maker.. I guess they didnt clean up after the man that DIED in this appartment before I signed the lease. According to tentants around me they had tri... read more

Despite video and picture evidence this apartment refuses to fix a leak in our ceiling. I can’t wait for our lease to end so we can move to an apartment that actually cares about it’s tenants.

They do not communicate with you, they have a rodent problem (and only give you traps to take care of it), and care way more about what the apartments look like on the outside than the inside. We have lived here for over a year and have had empty dirt spots in front of our apartment the whole time. Over the quarantine we decided to plant some things in them. Well, without warning, they just planted bushes right on top of what we had planted. When we called, they said they didnt have to tell us because it has been planned for... read more

We constently had issues with loud neighbors and useless management. For the proce you pay, the walls shouldnt be thin as paper, a broken/filthy elevator more than it is working/clean, no gun shots, that you are then lied to about and management still calling you about crap with the apartment and your number still looked to the gate when you were signed off the lease over a yesr ago.
