Poor property management seems like Goldleaf would just like you to pay for their updates. Apartment was left in great condition(nothing broken, no stains, no holes in wall... everything looked great) and yet we were unable to get our deposit back. It's unfortunate they're so greedy. Glad to be out!

Greedy Gold Leaf Kiss that security deposit goodbye. The property managers cleaning, wear and tear, normal use expectations are out of wack. If for some reason you do decide to take the chance , be sure you take extensive photos at move in. open cabinets and take photos of hinges, inside drawers, ect. The prices for this place vs surrounding competition does not line up, so i would just avoid the hassle
