A great experience. My hair and scalp feels so healthy and conditioned. The steam treatments are very hydrating. I had a silk press done on my natural 4c afro texture hair and once I was finished with the style it reverted back to its coily state. Alondra really knows how to work with all hair types. Alondra also provided suggestions for my at home care and I've since switched my products to salon grade products. She also specializes in various hair extensions.

I came here three times. My first visit was awesome. I was very happy with the results and my hair health was intact. Second visit she was running behind and my service was rushed. Hair health still intact though and I brushed it off as a one off. Third time unfortunately was my last as I got severe heat damage. Luckily it wasn’t throughout the entire length of my hair but its in a band at the roots which is probably just as bad as I still have to grow out my hair entirely. Very disappointed.

I have gone twice now to Alondra at The A Lifestyle and each experience has been better than the next. I am a busy mom of 2 and stepping into the salon is like a breath of fresh air. It’s calming, serene and Alondra has such a sweet and caring way about her that makes you feel at ease. The service is superb and I feel like I’m at a spa for the few hours I’m there. I did the biggest chop about four years ago with Alondra (to my ears) Since then, my hair has been flourishing after two children and postpartum hair loss. She has always done the best she could at helping me with Maintenance throughout that time.
