Once again, these guys blew me away! Very responsive - I called late at night and they got a technician on site the very next day! Who does that! The dispatcher - Alexa- actually took the time to walk us though some troubleshooting. She was well informed and very accommodating. Shawn- the technician - went through every inch of the system and also took the time out to educate us at the same time. He was very professional. Both of them went above and beyond. Thanks A/C guys!
The technician sent to service our home disabled one of our AC units (which he said was working perfectly) leaving us with an 80 degree house on Easter Sunday Called for service and none was immediately offered Hopefully someone will call back Monday and remedy this situation A technician came out Monday and quickly fixed the unit by installing another float switch (as described in response to my initial comment). Installation was smooth, professional and the guys left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend. They even worked quietly while I was hosting a luncheon. House cooled down before they even left.
Really great experience using these folks. Mike and his partner went above and beyond cleaning our dryer tube that hasn't been replaced in 40 years. Durn.
These guys are great. Had them come out a few months ago on a hot Saturday to make an after hours call when the AC went out. I had a tenant with a baby in our Airbnb and it was 80 degrees inside. These guys got it all fixed up and my sweet renter had air. Really fantastic company!
