Over the top awesome customer service tech Steven. Took time to explain everything that needed to be fixed and what happen to cause it so I don't make the same mistakes twice.
Steven showed up right on schedule and was very considerate of our home and our time. He performed the service with professionalism and communicated any concerns. He’s one of the best technicians we’ve had with The A/C Guys!
We have used the A/C Guys since we purchased our cottage. They have been the best. They showed up on weekends when we needed them. They replaced our unit after the hurricane that damaged it in no time, so we didnt have to suffer with the heat and humidity. We had Steven M for our visit today, and he was excellent. He was on time, efficient, informative. He found a solution to a problem that we have with condensation in our attic. We look forward to continue with the A/C guys, and especially Steven.
Update with another amazing review for my 30-year old Trane Furnace that just went on the blink Technician arrived within 5 hours, fixed the part for only $265.00 total. How easy it would have been to sell me a new furnace after 30 years, but their integrity, honesty and basic good business practices simply amaze me. Thank you again AC Guys!!! We've used the AC guys for a few years now for regular maintenance and some fixes for our AC unit and the serviceman that comes has always been wonderful. However, our pool heater broke back in July and we placed an order to replace the broken piece through the AC guys who came and diagnosed the issue promptly. Since then though we have not received an update about the order, at all.
