We've used the AC guys for a few years now for regular maintenance and some fixes for our AC unit and the serviceman that comes has always been wonderful. However, our pool heater broke back in July and we placed an order to replace the broken piece through the AC guys who came and diagnosed the issue promptly. I spoke with Lee today and explained an issue I had with my elderly grandmother seeking service to have her AC Unit repaired. Although I've already taken care of this for her, she decided to reach out to the AC Guys to get the unit looked at. My grandmother is declining mentally and is very forgetful. Unfortunately a bad review. 2 service calls and I am right where I started. Promises of improving the system ended with breaking the system. Politely tried to reason with the service manager and even wrote the owner. But nothing was done. It was too bad. For this reason I would not recommend A/C guys.
Steven came to my house and quickly identified the issue preventing my unit from working properly. He's courteous, and smart with a solid work ethic. Enjoyed working and talking with him. I'll be asking for him to take care of my ac/heating unit.
