Sorry to say - when I call the A/C Guys office they recognize my name. Several years later since my first review I still have the original 29 year old Trane AC system from 1996. It stopped blowing cold air, The AC Guys replaced a bad capacitor for $200. Total honesty from this company and great work! Thank you again! My 25-year old Trane furnace and AC system stopped working two-weeks ago and figured it was time for replacement. The A/C Guys are the most professional, competent, and honest a/c company I’ve experienced. A lightening strike hit very near our home and took out both hvac systems. Mr Clark was our tech and he quickly identified that both motors were blown out. He replaced both and even attempted to verify if the parts were still under warranty to save us some money.
