If I could give this building negative stars, I would. I have lived in the building for about 2.5 years. This is the most poorly managed building I have ever seen in my life. I store my bike in the "secure" bike rack, that is locked in the parking garage. I found out last night that someone broke into the bike rack and stole my bike. I approached security about this to inquire more information, and I was told that they were aware of the break in that and my bike was stolen two months ago IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. Bad management at the 903. Building manager and CP Management administration offices are useless and don't provide homeowners with financial reports, building needs a lot of work currently the building has a garage issue, roof and building very outdated in the inside. The worst is management in the building lack of common sense when it comes to taking care of basic maintenance to avoid any problems in the future with the building.
