Under new management company, seems to not have things together at all - called number and scheduled showing on Sunday, got there and they said the phone number was old and they don't show apartments on Sundays. Then I applied online to an apartment and they charged me an application/admin fee for an apartment that apparently doesn't exist and after the fact, they wanted more money after I applied. Called Admir and they didn't seem willing to help and just blamed parent company - very nonchalant.
unsafe building-they continue to switch management year after year. Broken windows and unsafe environments. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! My friend has a broken window and glass all in her furniture because the negligence of the new management. I can’t wait til my lease is over. We live right by the projects and they are constantly shooting fireworks and shooting guns. There was a mass shooting and a shoot out in front of the property.
A constant battle with the leasing office and also management was always in my business. As a young female it was very weird when they asked my roommates personal questions about me. When trying to relent I had the process extended just so that I had to pay rent. Not only that process was extended due to the leasing office messing up my room number and then saying that I needed a female for a coed unit again to extend the process and keep me there. Just moved in. Naeem at the front desk was incredibly helpful with the process and holding packages that I shipped to the building early.
Beautiful layout, horrible inconsiderate staff, security is nice but that's about it. As a client they are laxadaisical, snooty and coy. It doesn't provide a safe friendly environment. Parking is horrible almost non existent even with the garage. The windows don't really drown out the noise. It's just an uncanny property.
