I honestly love the building, but the new management has been nothing short of horrendous.
I did not expect this building to get any worse, but it has. The old management company was not great, but at least they were sanitary and organized. The new property management company has the entire building outraged.
Beautiful, modern apartments! Very friendly staff, nice lobby, and great amenities.
Our HVAC has been broken for weeks, and despite multiple maintenance visits (even before the management change), the issue has never actually been fixed. We’re stuck in an apartment above 80°F and still can’t get a permanent solution. Our bathroom exhaust fans have also been broken for an extended period. The windows won’t stay open. Overall really low quality appliances overall.
