Was a much better experience this evening. The scallops were perfect and the poplano mac and cheese was also. Even the house cab is good. The chef is accommodating.
We love 616! The food is amazing and the menu has so many great selections.
My mom and I visited 616 on Friday 2/23. We arrived around 12:40. We ordered two sandwiches and I ordered an appetizer of tomato soup. My appetizer was brought to the table very quickly. We watched other people come in, give their order, and receive/begin eating their entrees. At 1:10 we asked how much longer for our sandwiches and the waitress replied, “maybe 5 more minutes....” All the people who came in after us were eating. My mom had an appointment at 1:30. Met my daughter here for lunch - we live in Va Beach she goes to college at Ferrum - it was delicious! We got the hummus with the sweet potato chips, chicken jack Mac and cheese and chicken cord on bleu wrap - so good! Can’t wait to go back!
