We just had my daughter’s Wedding at The 5th floor and it was an amazing experience. They made sure everything ran smooth and that everything was taken care of. Ariel was so fun to work with and help with every step of planning and Crystal and her team shined the day of. I have 3 daughters and this was my first wedding experience so I felt very overwhelmed by the process but they calmed nerves and anxiety and made the day run seamless. It was and absolutely unforgettable and beautiful evening.
My daughter’s wedding at this venue was nothing short of magical, and we owe so much to the incredible owner who went above and beyond to make her dreams come true! From the moment we toured the venue, the owner’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. My son and his wife had their wedding reception there and it was amazing! The owner and her employees were incredibly kind, helpful and professional. They worked their hearts out to make sure every detail was perfect! I was genuinely touched by their hard work and service to make the night spectacular. Wonderful experience and beautiful venue!
Terrible experience. Insufficient parking. They do have parking vouchers in the reception center but you don’t know that until you’re up there. Building is not clearly marked. Facility is ok inside, nothing special. Not sure if it’s the wedding party or the reception center, but the environment was awful. Loud banging music, you couldn’t even talk to people- and this was before the dancing etc. They only offered diet coke and Dr Pepper to drink- the water was warm.
