Angelica made the entire apartment leasing process easy from start to finish. From answering all of my questions and helping with the application to keeping me updated every step of the way, she was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making everything go smoothly.
This community is clean and quiet. It works well for short-term furnished stays outside Pensacola. Tommy in maintenance deserves a huge shoutout. He’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about doing the job right.

Tommy in maintenance was amazing. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He came out after hours to fix my dishwasher which was important because tomorrow is the 4th of July. He took the time to explain the dishwasher since this was my first time trying to use it since I moved in. I learned a lot about how it worked and some troubleshooting techniques for the dishwasher and my sink. Thank you Tommy!! You are a rockstar!!
