I lived at these townhomes for 15 months, and overall, the experience was very disappointing. The layout of the townhome itself is awkward because of how long and narrow it is, and there is very little storage space. The office management is also very disappointing when it comes to addressing issues. They make lots of false promises. Lots. Update: This is my final update because I am completely exhausted and over the constant back-and-forth, broken promises, changing explanations, and management repeatedly minimizing legitimate concerns. For months, we have dealt with excessive humidity, moisture, and water issues. We also have a second-floor condensation issue that supposedly comes from an uninsulated pipe near the dryer vent and AC ductwork. When the dryer runs, condensation reportedly builds up and DRIPS. We are moving out, the internet has been down since the hurricane but the office is online. There is no phone signal here and I suspect it is intentional cause if you leave the complex you have wonderful signal. Rules are ridiculous you have people who take photos of you inside your apartment through your windows if you do things to violate your lease. If you complain about noise from an upstairs neighbor it is ignored. Parking rules are not enforced, the type of tenants that have been moving in recently are rude and snobby.... read more
Do NOT spend your money living here. I have regretted every single day that Ive been at this complex. Please be aware of what youre getting yourself trapped in. I lived in building one for 2 years at Inspire, the building with the main office. The floors reeked constantly and were pocked with mildew due to the near daily pet urinations. Feces were so common that instead of actually tackling the issue, the front office issued snitch bounties for $50-$150 per occurence, actually asking residents to photograph or video others w... read more
