Moved out a week before my move out date and they did not let my wife pick up a package from the mailroom even though our lease is still not over. Response to your reply: I understand your concern for privacy. I would not be this frustrated if I was not told that it was okay for my wife to pick up the package. I would have planned things differently if I was told from the beginning. The fault is still on your staff.
Update: This is my final update because I am completely exhausted and over the constant back-and-forth, broken promises, changing explanations, and management repeatedly minimizing legitimate concerns. For months, we have dealt with excessive humidity, moisture, and water issues. We also have a second-floor condensation issue that supposedly comes from an uninsulated pipe near the dryer vent and AC ductwork. When the dryer runs, condensation reportedly builds up and DRIPS. I have been living for a while and a few days ago I had a leak in my bathroom and the AC stopped working all at be same time! The maintenance people here are very prompt with the requests you put in and are very friendly as well. I would really like to thank James, the maintenance supervisor, as he came and fixed my leak in the shower and AC on Labor Day. He came out of his way on a holiday to help me out!
Great apartment complex with tons of amenities, worth it if you make use of them. Cyd and the folks at the leasing office were incredibly helpful the entire time I was there. Exceptionally clean, never had any lasting problems.
