I live in building one @ 205 Highland Ave. I can honestly say in the 5 years I have been here the two men who plowed & cleaned up all the snow not just on the parking lot but the walkways did an amazing job. I have seen such professionalism in the years I have been here. I can’t say enough words to express the amazing job they did. So nice to see people that take pride in the job they do. These days it’s far & few.
I have lived here for 12 years the complex itself isn't to bad bud has questionable design and poor upkeep. The pool is always closed and the last time it was open it burned he skin round my eyes. Also I"m 90% sure its haunted me and some of the people I know in this apartment hear knocking at the door at random times but there is nobody there and its not ding dong ditchers because you would hear running. Also the stairwells are trashed and stained.

So 12/3/24 my husband Javon Cunningham received a check from The Charleston at Boca Raton for $2850.00. This check look legit, well to our surprise this has come back as fraud. Not sure what is going on but, I'm sure we are not the only ones who have received this type of check. After our credit union sent to be paid, it came back as fraud and this check is written on a JP Morgan Chase bank account.
The previous reviews of the apartments being old and dated, full of German Roaches, no insulation between units, (don't live on the first floor - you will hear every door and drawer close, walking sounds like stomping, and appliance running). unprofessional management team who will take any complaints in lack of service requests solving the problem as personal attacks are true.. What a great property! I stopped in the leasing office on this rainy day and the leasing agent was extremely helpful and welcoming. She was the most professional leasing agent I have ever dealt with, and I have worked with a lot. She thoroughly explained all the options and amenities and took me on a delightful, informative tour of the apartment and building. The Haven seems to attract very nice residents. I am looking forward to a return visit.
HemisView Village Apartments This complex has dirty hallways, a very dark garage because the lights are not replaced (vehicle got broken into), no parking for family/visitors and laundry room is also dark with no lights. No security and doors that should be locked to outside are broken and have never been fixed. Owners must get a cut back for towing vehicles, must be why security gates are left open. Kids running and jumping over my head literally the entire month I've been here. I reported this 4 times in this one month that I've been here. Nobody can tell me different, I KNOW they had to have known this as bad as it is., but told me nothing about it. I'm sure now, that that's the reason it THIS apartment was available. So sad...8 years ago was a beautiful place to come home to...Slowly but surely this Mgmt is turning it into a Ghetto...Trash everywhere..Refuse to answer repair requests unless life threatening..Put in beautifully landscaped Park with Hammocks...That's great if you can get the the people having sex at 4.AM to move on... Totally disgusting..Oh and for 37 dollars. Valet Trash pick up..When they feel like it.. I'm done..
