Love my townhome ! I’ve been enjoying the new gym as well !
I’ve been living here for a few months now, and it’s been a good experience. The move-in process was easy and straightforward. Marbella and Alex are both super friendly and professional, which made everything smooth. The apartments are simple, but they meet all my needs and have plenty of space, which is awesome. I've lived at the 500 for over 7 yrs and have loved it. The management and maintenance team are always so nice and helpful.
The apartment complex itself isn’t too bad, but our unit was clearly a ‘landlord special.’ The baseboards were painted over, the flooring was poorly installed, and some light switches were mounted over old ones to cover them up. However, the condition of the apartment wasn’t the biggest issue for me. They initially showed us a model unit that we really liked it so we ended up signing a lease to a unit we couldn’t see immediately because it was being cleaned”. only to find out when we moved in that the layout was completely d... read more
We’ve lived at The 500 for about 18 months now and we intend to extend our lease. Our experience has been a positive one. The apartments are spacious (perfect for your cats to tear through the house). The kitchen is sizable. The bedrooms are large and the water pressure is great. The patio/porches are big and comfortable space to relax. The Management group is great to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The laundry room is tidy, the pool is well maintained and the new gym is a plus!
