You can tell the property manager is nice just by the way if ever she puts a notice on your door she will knock or ring the doorbell at least so that you know unlike other property managers and to me that’s the littlest thing that I’ve noticed & appreciate it goes without saying that she’s a kind person. We never had problems living there. They’re professional personable and well maintained.
I've lived at the 500 8yrs and have loved it. The management and maintenance team are always so nice and helpful. Maintenance issues always get resolved in 48 hours unless it's an emergency then it's handled immediately.
Quiet neighborhood. They have small gym, pool, and 24hr dogbpark.
Love this place, definitely recommend!
