Lived here for 3 years and have throughly enjoyed it. The staff has always been super helpful and kind to talk to, always asking permission to enter. The amenities have always been good considering there are multiple treadmills, a bench/squat rack in the weight room, and amazing games in the 10th floor game room. Putt putt golf is also a fun evening event to enjoy as a part of this apartment. Compared to other housing this place is a cheaper and quieter option. (There are still plenty of opportunities for parties though)
The 50/50s are a great location for students — you’re basically on campus, which makes getting to class super convenient. The management is generally kind and responsive in communication, which I appreciated. However, I had several issues during my stay that are worth noting. Maintenance entered my room and accidentally damaged a personal item, but unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility for it.
