My roommate and I were going to live here, but then they placed us with two girls who are 21 and 22, while we are freshmen. We decided to go to another places, and we have been told countless times that we are going to get our $250 deposit back, and they said the latest would be the beginning of January. We have called many times, and they keep saying they will check it out and send confirmation, but they haven’t.

When I called to see if there was anything to do to change that, the property manager lectured me for not wanting to live with girls who were drastically older than us. We have now been going back and forth for over a month trying to get our $250 deposits back and have had no luck.
