Me and my family like the apartment esp its playground, hot tub and gym. I, personally, like the lighting on each room and hardwood floors. We moved from Maryland, the process was smooth and manageable, thank you to Kaitlyn at the frontdesk. She helped us on every step and made our request doable.

Very illegal! Called to find out information about the property and to join a waitlist for a unit since they are unsure about notices . The leasing office assistant expressed the only way to get on a waiting list is to pay Non- refundable application fee of $75 and they ask for your income prior to paying. Based on washington state laws it’s illegal to do so. RCW 59.18.253. Know your rights! Very shady. Illegal luxury apartments
