I've just viewed the 4425 Apartments and the property is amazing. The grounds are well manicured and the landscaping is lovely. The application process was arduous as I needed a cosigner after living overseas for over decade. DMCI Management would not accept my proof of employment or rental history from Europe which was a huge headache. But after much perseverance and help from Lexy, we managed to get all of the correct proof and paperwork for approval.
We had a great experience with the whole application to move in process. Lexy was very helpful and always answered our questions quickly and thoroughly!
The 4425 apartments have been so helpful with my apartment search and move in! They were flexible with the application process and made sure it was as smooth as possible. The apartment was so clean on move in. Definitely recommend this apartment complex!
