Overall good 2 years living here in one of the 4-room apartments, esp. out of the last 7 years of renting. Since the landlords don’t live on site or nearby, always take before & after pictures of your rooms. Pros - Maintenance responds quickly & takes care of the property: leaks, cleaning, spraying for bugs etc. - At least one resident event is held every month, usually free food/coffee/donuts. - Staff is friendly & helpful, & some live at the apartments too. - Recently, they repainted the hallways & cleaned the carpet... read more
I have been a resident going on 3 years. Our Property Manager, Diamond Williamson is exceptional. She actually listen's to you and takes the time to email making sure your satisfied. Your not made to feel like one of the masses. The first month here the team new my name and was greeted as such. Come get a tour! Th staff here holds fun resident appreciation events as well.
