Rachel is honestly the best example of excellent customer service skills I have ever seen exuded or implemented. She is the hallmark example of how you make someone feel welcome and happy at a restaurant. The food is honestly tasty in relation to the price. I only ever have had the calzone twice, but it comes out good in both experiences. The crinkle fries are okay, they aren't exactly my go to thing, but not terrible. I got the pizza bar and they didn't keep it filled, I ate 1 type of pizza and the desert pizza. My husband's burrito was cold and had to be returned. 1x was the beginning and end for us.
We ordered a large 20” pizza from Pizza 301. The sauce had really good flavor, but overall the pizza was just okay. The biggest issue was the texture — the center of the pizza was very mushy, almost halfway out from the middle, which made it difficult to hold and enjoy. The atmosphere also wasn’t the best for us. The restaurant felt pretty dark with not much natural light coming in because the curtains were closed. The pizza slice I ordered was too overdone. Also, the steak and cheese sub was OK but the lettuce, tomato, and green pepper were tasteless. Although I ordered to-go, there was plenty of table space for eating there and the vibe seemed nice. All-in-all, it was OK but I wouldn't necessarily search it out.
Not the same street tacos, food was cold.
