Sorry if you already moved-in. But I would not recommend living here at all. There were constant issues with noise, frequent parties, cigarette and marijuana smoke, flooding, lost packages, and poorly maintained amenities (broken pool, dysfunctional treadmills). The biggest issue was the smoking. My floor constantly smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke, but the security and management's response was that unless you could actually spot someone smoking in the hallway—which was basically impossible bc people smoke indoors... read more

I haven't moved in yet but so far the leasing office specifically Humberto has been absolutely incredible. I'm moving in next week and everything so far has been 10/10. Very excited to be at an apartment building with this good of service.

I’ve had a very positive experience living here so far. The leasing process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Bert, who made the entire move-in experience easy and stress-free. The concierge team has also been excellent—always courteous, helpful, and attentive, which adds a lot to the overall living experience. Maintenance has been above par. Truly one of the best living experiences that I’ve ever experienced! The community team is incredible! The community is well maintained— seriously couldn’t ask for more! I recommend living here to anyone!
