I currently have lived here for two years and I’m moving just to explore a new neighborhood. However I absolutely Loved living here at the 23 apartments. The Location is prime so much to do so much walking super close to the Katy Trail. We also have the best pool in Dallas :) They keep the areas super clean and they always have people cleaning all the time. I have lived in several places that called themselves luxury, but they all lacked responsive management and reliable maintenance. The 23 is different. The management is professional, and the transition between teams during management changes had been handled very well because they kept a lot of the original maintenance and office staff in the beginning. Sorry if you already moved-in. But I would not recommend living here at all. There were constant issues with noise, frequent parties, cigarette and marijuana smoke, flooding, lost packages, and poorly maintained amenities (broken pool, dysfunctional treadmills). The biggest issue was the smoking. My floor constantly smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke, but the security and management's response was that unless you could actually spot someone smoking in the hallway—which was basically impossible bc people smoke indoors... read more

I haven't moved in yet but so far the leasing office specifically Humberto has been absolutely incredible. I'm moving in next week and everything so far has been 10/10. Very excited to be at an apartment building with this good of service.
